I have always wanted a fabulous Fendi Peekaboo bag since 2009! It’s a pretty low-key handbag but it screams luxury with the perfect size for everyday uses! It has a very similar shape to my Orange Hermes Kelly  but in my opinion it is way more practical to carry around. I could never decide what color to go for but this limited edition hand-made crochet with python lining was really love at the first sight. A perfect spring-summer addition to my wardrobe ! With love, N ❤

It was like 7am in the morning and i got a call from my personal trainer saying that she saw me on a magazine on her way to work. So cute. I remember meeting Isabella when we were in front of Claridges Hotel after the Mulberry Show, she is sucha lovely girl with an impeccable sense of style. Thank you so much for featuring me on Grazia this week ! Here is what she wrote on Grazia Daily:
”We spotted Nga Nguyen’s to die for Burberry coat from the other end of the street, and had to snap her! Nga’s toughening up her preppy Equipment blouse and Zara skirt with biker Alexander Wang boots and bag. We are SO lusting after this lady’s accessories! What makes the entire look work is that brilliant gold chain worn around the buttoned up collar – the height of Parisian chic but on London’s sunny streets. Yellow Rhapsody

wearing M&S Yellow Coat, Emma Cook Sweater, Zara leather pants, Chanel Bag, Christian Louboutin Nude Pumps and YSL Arty Ring. Hello lovelies, hope y’all doing well and enjoying the sunshine! The reason why I’ve been a bad blogger is because I have been putting most of my time in to my uni projects… I get quite a few emails and questions about my course and what it is about so I thought a few words on it could be in place.. I am on my 2nd year of French/European Politics at Kings College London. I now have april off before I start my final exam in May. Instead of staying in london to sort out my revision, I am going to Paris for a week or so to start hunting for an apartment since i will be moving there in less than 5 months for my exchanged year at Science Po. Insane, but soooo exciting.  On a completely different note, I can already foresee all the possibilities with my new yellowcoat. I wouldn’t be surprised if I start wearing permutations of this outfit everyday until it gets too cold to do so. Paired with some vintage leather shorts, a LWD  for easy city walking OR a LBD for a chic night out and a no-frills white blouse, this is really the easiest look.  Can you believe that this coat is only 30 pounds ?  Promise I’ll try my best to make up for my lack of posts in this upcoming week so stay in tuned !  With love, N ❤

My Saturday evening outfit. So much love for this transparent coat ! Didnt get to take a proper picture of my outfit since i was a bit in a hurry but this instagram shot gives a little impression at least.

As i mentioned in the earlier post, saving wasnt too succesfull, even though i didnt go clubbing all that often. Why ? Ony my days off I spend so much money on shopping ! But i love all the things i bought so i shouldnt have a bad conscience… Lets just call it an investment, shall we ! Had to buy lighter clothes for my upcoming trip to Asia, especially for my long-term stay in Saigon ! Will be super hot ! Here a few impressions of the things i bought and of the rest of my Saturday in general, from my instagram !

All in all i bought new shorts, new jeans ( skinny jeans from COS are too fucking awsome !!! fit my shape perfectly !), a jeans shirt, a bare white shirt, new necklace and rings. I hope i can show you my new stuff in a proper outfit entry soon ! Cheers x

LigaStudios club date : Munich

It has been a while since i went out at night on a Saturday night. Kids, you should know, i’m going to leave for Taipei this Thursday, head to Hong Kong from there and then go for my final destination : Saigon once again !  Thats why i tried to save as much money as possible. I had spent Saturday nights at home for three weeks in a row, but thanks to dear Alice, who invited me to the LigaStudios launching party at edmoses, I managed to spend a Saturday night out, meeting new people and getting drinks for free ! 

I somehow didnt think of taking my camera with me thus you have to deal with my low quality pictures, some from instagram, some from my iPhone 4S.

Anyway, iam not used to go to events with a lot of bloggers and it was really sweet how lovely everyone looked, how everyone didnt mind having pictures taken of or taking pictures and how talking about blogging, bloggers, clothes, brands, etc. was no big deal at all. Thanks to Alice again for introducing me to this enriching experience ! 

About LigaStudios and other impressions, well during my break today i went through the, apparently, promo-print version of their magazine and man, the magazine is adorable. Great paper quality, believe me, you wont want to throw it away, layout, structure, typography, fonts, content, pictures, its all very attractive and appealing, not only for their supposed target audience ( ” LigaStudios – great stuff for cosmopolitan travellers ” ) but for anyone who is slightly interested in one or all of the components, ” travel, fashion, culture, people, design “. Actually being an online magazine, which has various different contributors, which means more regular updates than a print magazine could offer, and with almost everyone owning a smartphone nowadays, people who are simply looking for something interesting to read during lunch break are just as well served as people who want to dig deep and craving for updates in their knowledge about the different lifestyle sections. Anyway, do check out, and tell me or them what you think about LigaStudios !

I cant believe i slept so long that i missed the sun today, on my day off work ! So upset ! Sun is supposed to come out more often from now on but i have to work all day again tomorrow and the day after tomorrow so i cant enjoy it anyway : (  Anyway here my today’s outfit ! These Steve Madden heels are sseriously too comfortable ! And sorry for the shit editing but i couldnt do any better haha.

Iam not much of a sunglass wearer but as iam going to Vietnam by the end of this month i need useful eye protection. I doubt H&M is that good but its really hard for me to find sunglasses that suit me and are affordable. I once saw the most gorgeous sunglasses with the most perfect shape at Lafayette in Paris but they were 200€ and definitely out of my price range. I buy sunglasses at every opportunity, having tried many different shapes but i think sunglasses with a round shape still suit me the best. I have to go on hunt before i go back to Vietnam, this pair alone is not satisfying enough haha.

My mom is a great new photographer after all ! She was not happy with my eye make up in the first picture and told me to use more eyeliner and put lipstick on haha. 

Another outfit from a day off work. Finally got to wear my new Steve Madden heels out at daytime! Sometimes i buy new heels and on the way to the underground my feet start aching already but these heels are super comfortable ! 

For the ones not following me on instagram (fubtch), Nga and me will be featured on the website of Vietnamese Elle in the street chic section from now on, posting pictures of outfits once or twice a week on there as well. When i told my mom about it she was so delighted that she went shopping with me the first time in ages and it was such a great mother-daughter time, i was so happy ! She criticized my wardrobe saying that i have too many black clothes and wear black too often in general anyway, so she picked these pale blue pants and this white collar top for me. I love them both ! How do you like it : ) ? (btw this is veryyy colourful for me already haha)

Hello again! hope you all are having a nice week so far.. I have been caught up with lots of deadlines…(yes again).. Second year is very evil. I barely sleep more than 5 hours these days so now my body clock is now completely scrambled with a side of bacon and toast. I had these pictures from last week that I have been waiting to post. An early morning, early this week on a random side street (nah it was actually in front of my house). The day before, I decided to invest in this tan PS1 baby because i needed a new bag for school (really?) and because duh it is the it-bag out there.
